in case you didn't guess, there's not much cooking or blogging motivation in this house lately lol
today i finally got around to trying to make the truffles i should have made for last weekend / easter. so far they are a bit disasterous as they are too soft to roll. back in the fridge... think i must have put too much alcohol in it LOL!!!
then to use up the rest of the condensed milk i wanted to make cookies without choc chips, but couldn't find a recipe (WT...) so i ended up going for this one (not a favourite, have made it before) but halved the sugar and made half the batch without chocolate.
maybe i'll take some photos later. maybe.
