so much for posting every day...
my carpel tunnel (RSI) is pretty bad atm and i am trying to take a week off the computer :( i had so much to write about too! hope i don't forget what by next week! see you all then, happy cooking :D
Had surgery on both my wrists - so know how bad it is. *SYMPATHY* The last straw was after working as a wool classer for 3 weeks I couldn't even sleep one night and felt like cutting my hands off !!!!
*SYMPATHY*
Take care - don't even reply - save your hands from the pins and needles
Came to your site tonight because I am long overdue to review it and trying to get caught up on my "to do list". Anyway... got stopped in my tracks when I saw you suffering from Carpal Tunnel pain. I had my worst wrist fixed by surgery one year ago. I planned the surgery date so that it would be healed in time for gardening which starts in April here. Wanted to let you know it is SO worth doing. Take care of yourself! Think about the surgery. I no longer think about this wrist at all, and before surgery it was constant paralytic agony and prevented me from doing so many things I love to do. I now 100% functionality. Don't reply, just think about it!
I was so happy when my severe, debilitating pain went away as I followed the exercises in the book Conquering Carpal Tunnel Syndrome by Sharon Butler; I wonder if it would help your symptoms?
