well that was fun LOL

cooking under the influence that is !

luckily it still tasted ok ;)

the Menu:
butter chicken (i used extra cardamom pods, i love it! and a little tomato paste)
potatoes with sugar snap peas
spinach daal (i had some kind of red spinach which had a slight beet-y taste about it)
and naan breads ( i still need to blog this)
