got a busy busy week ahead so need easy stuff...
tonight - moussaka from the freezer with homemade snitzels (overlocker course)
tomorrow - dinner at mum's not sure if i need to take anything (michael buble concert)
thursday - birthday cake making night so need something easy - maybe one of the soups from here - creamy beetroot, chicken & couscous or spicy red lentil ...
friday - dinner at macca's for the birthday boy LOL
saturday - not sure, maybe bean trenchers with sausages and grilled tomatoes
sunday - tacos or burritos
monday - beef in red wine in the slow cooker, pasta or mash (will post the recipe soon, i can't find it so might have to reinvent it LOL)
