Isn't it fun! I even finally changed the pizza pic to use this cake! hehe
inspired by isi's zebra cake I decided to make a 3 colour one. I was too lazy to use her recipe so i just used the marble cake recipe from the EDC, with extra milk. to one third of the mix i added a little cochineal and some strawberry essence. the cake is very mild tasting though, and nice with less sugar.
the kids are still out (10 pin bowling with Geoff & my SIL) but I can't wait to see their faces! dessert tonight i believe!
I think I might make this cake for Rora's birthday, instead of cupcakes!
