has anyone made it?
i just did and was very disappointed - it was really really runny and wayyy too sour (it was only a smallish lemon i used too)
i've never made hollandaise before (not sure i've ever eaten it when not from a packet lol) so i'm not really sure what it SHOULD be like, but not like that i'm sure...
Dani recommended a change to the recipe in the book - it's on her blog and the group site I think.
