they really knew how to make pikelets in 1962!!!
i had little helpers to measure, mix and spoon into the pan. also for eating :D
though with different toppings - ryan had peanut butter and sprinkles, and the girls had peach jam and sprinkles lol
we had no cream but healthier that way huh

Brazen I have such fond memories of cooking pikelets with my mum. She was the pikelet queen. My favorite thing was a pikelet that was cooked on one side and just turned over to seal the other side. Mushy and sloppy inside, pure heaven.
